Parking. Under the solar panels at the corner of Lemarsh and Lurline

Venue. The event will be held in the Gymnasium. 

Team Check-In. Team Check-in will be at the entrance to the Gym. Please have one adult check in your team(s).

Volunteer Check-in. Volunteer Check-in will be at the entrance to the Gym. 

Pit Area. Each team will have table access with six chairs and power at a central location.

Fields. The event will have six competition fields facing the main bleachers which will be set on the floor. Each competition field will have its own monitor for the countdown clock. Four fields will be used for Teamwork Challenge matches. Two fields will be used for the Robot Skills Challenge matches (Driving Skills and Programming Skills). We will have six practice fields on the floor near the Pit Tables. There is no space in the gym for individual team fields, but there is space behind the gym. Teams that leave the gym should have someone at their pit table who can summon the team for matches or when judges want to interview them.

Matches. Each team will play eight Teamwork Challenge matches, up to three Driving Skills matches, and up to three Programming Skills matches. Teams need to check in by 9 am to be included in the Teamwork Challenge match schedule. Queuing for Teamwork matches will be next to Field 1. Queuing for Robot Skills matches will be next to Skills Field. Teams can play up to three Robot Skills matches in a row if they do not need to change drivers. After matches, teams will return to the Pit Area from the Competition Area via the exit row near the center of the gym.

Food. Many restaurants are available 1-2 long blocks away.  The gym concession stand will be open.
