Dear Chatsworth Charter & G+ STEAM High School Families,

As we transition into summer, I want to share some important dates and events that will be happening over the next few months. This is an exciting time as we prepare for the upcoming school year.

Summer School:

Our summer school session will run from June 20 to July 19. This is an excellent opportunity for students to catch up on credits or get ahead in their studies.

Freshmen Summer Bridge/Orientation Program:

We are thrilled to welcome our incoming freshmen to the CCHS family! Our Freshmen Summer Bridge/Orientation Program will take place from July 30 to August 2, from 8:30am to 12:30pm each day. The G+ STEAM Magnet Linked Learning Summer Bridge Program is July 22 to August 2. These programs are designed to help ease the transition into high school, allowing students to meet their peers, familiarize themselves with the campus, and start their high school journey on the right foot.

Pre-Registration Dates:

Please take note of the following pre-registration dates:

Senior Pre-Registration: August 7 at 8:30am

Freshmen Pre-Registration (students not attending Summer Bridge): August 7 at 10:30am

Sophomore Pre-Registration: August 8 at 8:30am

Juniors Pre-Registration: August 8 at 10:30am

These pre-registration sessions are essential for students to pick up their schedules, get their textbook, PE clothes, and receive important information for the upcoming year.

First Day of School:

The first day of school for all students is Monday, August 12. We are eager to welcome everyone back and kick off another fantastic year of learning and growth. Have a restful and enjoyable summer break. Should you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact the school office. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to Chatsworth Charter High School. We are looking forward to another year of academic excellence and community spirit.

Warm regards,

Debra McIntyre-Sciarrino
