AP Language is a rigorous college-level course offered at our wonderful school. In order to prepare for this rigor, this course will have a summer assignment.

 

All assignments are due within the first month of school. Therefore, each student will have ample time to complete it within the school year as well. The summer assignment also serves as a study guide for the test in May. 

 

 

The eleventh grade is a pivotal and important year in a person's high school career. This year is the time to hone in on managing time and dedicating time towards balancing academic excellence and extracurricular work. 

 

All honors magnet students taking the Honors Literature and Composition course will complete the summer assignment to prepare for the 11th grade.
