Season Outlook
The Chatsworth Chancellors boys’ varsity basketball team had a successful season  2022-2023, making it to the Division 1 City Quarterfinals. Congratulations to freshman Alijah Arenas on his record breaking season. He set the single season scoring record for points in a game (56), points in a season (817) and points averaged (30.2). In addition, he was name 3rd Team Freshman All-American (Maxpreps.com), Freshman of the Year (Daily News), All-City (CIF-LA Section), West Valley All-League (1st Team) and selected to participate in USA Basketball 16u team training camp. Senior Fatani Bloomfield brought home West Valley All-League (2nd Team) honors as well. Chatsworth looks to be a top in the City Section for the 2023-2024 season with top returners Alijah Arenas, Nas Jones, Salomon Torres, Taj Unuakhalu and Drew Gore. The also have added Kev Sherfield, CJ Gore, Azari Sandlin, Grant Chang and TJ Phillips.
