Hello students, parents, and community members! My name is Mr. Steve Miller. I've been the teacher librarian at Chatsworth Charter High School since Fall 2022.
I have been with the Los Angeles Unified School District for 23 years. In those years, I have taught students ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade. I have taught both as an English teacher and as a teacher librarian. I have a strong interest in educational technology and try to use it as much as possible when I'm teaching. So, my students will frequently use technology (mobile devices and Chromebooks) to complete their work.
I live with my wife, Mariela; my daughter, Abigail; our dog, Enzo; and guinea pig, Fiona.
This is Enzo and Abigail. Enzo is 14 years old. We rescued him from the Camarillo Animal Shelter. He is such a character. He's the funniest little dog. Brave in appearance. Coward by nature. Abigail just turned 10 (this is an old picture). She's going into fourth grade this year. Abigail right now is really into Anime, singing, dancing, drawing, Judo, and video games. Here's a picture of just my daughter and dog. :)
