SENIORS...GET THIS DONE!!

There are 3 surveys you need to complete BEFORE GRADUATION!!

1.  The College & Career Survey:  This one was emailed to your "my mail" account.  Please check your email and do a search if necessary.

2.  NAVIANCE Senior Exit Survey:  Go to your NAVIANCE app.  Click on "Planner" at the top and then select "Tasks".   Scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN until you see "Complete the 2025 Senior Exit Survey".  Then on the right near the red arrow you will click on "take this survey".  

3.  Chatsworth Charter HS Senior Exit survey:   complete the survey!
