1.) "The Most Dangerous Game" Figurative Language Boxes--Identify the figure of speech as a simile, metaphor, or example of personification. Draw a picture of the thing that is being poetically described and color it.

2.) Grammar Skillbuilder Choosing Precise Verbs 1-10 (write a better verb for the underlined word in the sentence). Must be in present tense.

3.) Words to Know Skillbuilder (backside of Grammar Skillbuilder worksheet). Do A and B.

4.) Pre-writing or story-boarding or first draft of "The Most Dangerous Game" fight scene. This is the creative writing assignment we will be doing in class on Wednesday. Come prepared with an idea of how you want the fight scene to take place. Think of dialogue and action. One simile, one metaphor, one example of personification.
