This course offers students the opportunity to explore the field of early childhood education and its importance of growth and development. Students will be preparing lesson plans, thematic units, and exploring the world of child related careers.This course emphasizes the recognition of all aspects of development which include physical, intellectual, social and emotional characteristics. This exploratory course focuses on preparing students for employment in the care and guidance of young children.
