The major emphasis of the course is to provide the student with greater opportunities to fine-tune the communication skills acquired during previous years. The course focuses on reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. Texts from throughout the Spanish culture are discussed.

Students work in groups of 4 to translate the poetic passage-Teacher goes over it at the end of the periiod. this is the final exam- memorized and with good pronunciation. We will practice in class- You have this weekend to write it out a couple of times and practice. Make yourself notecards and start practicing. We will finish this FINAL before the day of the final for your class. Volunteer to try it while we are practicing- You might get graded then if you do a good job!
